The location was absolutely perfect, and the absolutely superb breakfast was offered. The staff were ready to help and always had a smile. It was very nicely furnished, the room was very nicely furnished and had a spacious bed. Canal view was great and balcony was great.

thanks to everyone, especially bar staff. superior queen room had coffee/tea making facilities and a radio, everything worked for us. breakfast costs 11.50 gbp per person per day.

We loved the fact that we chose Theobalds Estate. We were upgraded to suite on check in. In addition, free Wi Fi was available there. Decent place for one night. Shish Kitchen, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel.
